What is the process for the custom design service? TOP
1. Contact us by filling out the form on the contact page or emailing us at info@ribbitingboutique.com.
2. Ribbiting Boutique and Designs will contact you to schedule a consultation time to discuss your order.
3. After the consultation, we will e-mail up to three samples for stationary related items and one sample for custom gifts. We will also email the contract within 3-5 business days (additional samples may be added at an additional cost). "Physical" samples can be mailed to you for an additional charge. If you decide to place an order , the cost of one sample (the choosen style) will be deducted from your final cost.
4. When a sample is chosen, please send back the contract and a 75% deposit. Within 2-3 business days of receiving the contract and deposit a proof will be mailed to you.
5. After the proof is approved, contracts signed, and deposit received, production will begin. No refunds are available after production has started.
6. Once the custom work is complete, the remaining 25% is due before completed work will be mailed. How long will it take to get my stationery order? TOP
All custom stationery work-After consultation, the complete process takes anywhere from 2-8 weeks. This is dependent on the complexity and size of the order and allows for sample, proof and production times. Smaller orders typically take less time. A delivery time estimate will be given when contract and samples are sent. Please keep in mind that the majorit of our items are handcrafted.
All premade items ship within two business days, unless otherwise stated.
Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost. Do you offer rush orders? TOP
For custom stationery orders, if time permits, we can fulfill rush orders at an additional cost. For orders shipping in less than 3 weeks, we request the contract and first deposit to be received within 48 hours of receiving the samples. Failure to do so could delay shipping.
If you need an item sooner than the stated delivery time, please contact Ribbiting Boutique and Designs at info@ribbitingboutique.com. Rush orders on made to order items are on a case by case basis and is solely up to the designer, and will be at an additional costs. I really like one of your premade invitations but want some changes made. Are you able to do that? TOP
Yes, we are able to make changes to all of our items made by Ribbiting Boutique and Designs. Changes to products made by our design partners, may be possible and is dependent on their terms. Please contact us if you with your requests. I like the design of one of the birthday invites, but want it for another occassion (i.e. birth). Can the wording and some elements be changed? TOP
Since Ribbiting and Designs creates their own announcements, cards, etc., we are able to make these changes. Please contact us info@ribbitingboutique.com for more information and a custom quote.
What is your return policy? TOP
Since most of our items are made to order, Ribbiting Boutique and Designs will only accept returns on items that have a design flaw (loose hem, wrong size, etc.). Ribbiting Boutique and Designs must be contacted within 5 business days of receipt of the item. And the customer must receive a pre-authorization number from Ribbiting Boutique and Designs before returning the item. If items are returned without a pre-authorization number, the returned item will not be accepted. Corrections or refund (same form of payment), less shipping, will be issued to the customer within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Item must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. unworn, unwashed). Why are some of my items shipped separately? TOP
Many of our items are made to order or are custom made. Shipping may vary, due to the complexity and time needed to create some of our unique items.
If you would like to have everything received together, please enter it into the comments section on the cart page. In doing so, the shipment will be delayed until all items are made and ready to go out. This delay may be many weeks. I noticed a lot of items are made to order and take 2 weeks or more for delivery. What if I need it sooner? TOP Yes, most of our items are made to order and vary in production times.
